Welcome to our new office manager, Melissa Reece, REALTOR®. Melissa brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Arrowpoint Realty, having previously worked for a property management company in Casa Grande, Arizona.
Melissa already was familiar with several of our software applications, including Promas Property Management Software and Quickbooks. Melissa hit the ground running and has proven to be an enthusiastic, dedicated and very professional young lady with whom we think you are really going to like working.

Joan Andrusko, REALTOR® Arriving at Arrowpoint Realty just in time for the 2009 New Year, Joan came to Scottsdale from New York State in 1977.
Joan began her real estate career in commercial leasing and property management in 1981. In 1989 she moved to Residential sales, leasing and management, taking a job at the on-site office of Racquet Club Realty, at the Racquet Club at Scottsdale Ranch, where she worked for seventeen years.

| Susan Hoose, REALTOR® Susan was originally with Racquet Club Realty, and has been with Arrowpoint since almost our very beginning, joining us in January of 1986 (which means that in January 2011 she will be celebrating her 25th anniversay here).
Susan originally hails from California, and once actually worked as a mermaid at DisneyLand, back in her college days.
Susan and husband, Cliff, are real car people, with Cliff having run a number of dealerships over the years, before retiring a few years ago as the General Manager for Bill Luke Chrysler, in Phoenix.

Aaron Sak REALTOR® Aaron is not only an Arrowpoint agent, but also a long-time client. And his daughter was a client with us even before Aaron.
Aaron says that he "failed retirement twice!" After a long and distinguished career with a major bottle and container manufacturing company in which he rose from the shipping department to the position of Managing Parter, Arron began a consulting business which he ran for several years afterwards.
Aaron is "The Hondle," which means "The Negotiator" in Yiddish -- William Shatner, step aside!

Gary Kass Colin, REALTOR® Gary is a very old friend of Arrowpoint Realty -- our broker, Michael Novotny, sold Gary his first rental property nearly 25 years ago, when Arrowpoint was just beginning.
Gary has enjoyed a very successful career in the copier industry, owning not one, but two different distributorships which he has recently sold to a major manufacturer, and Gary has also worked for several decades with his own investment properties as a sideline. He recently re-activated his license, and we are very happy to have him back as part of the Arrowpoint Realty family.

Roger Brownell, REALTOR® Roger left Buffalo, New York, for the Arizona sunshine several years ago, but Roger and our broker, Michael Novotny, actually go back some thirty years or more to when Michael was living in Youngstown, Ohio, and Roger was involved in a business there.
"Uncle Roger" (I have no idea why we began calling him that!) has maintained a license with Arrowpoint virtually since the company began, primarily as an investor doing business on his own account. Linda Novotny, REALTOR® Linda recently re-activated her real estate license and serves as Michael's assistant, which works out well since she is also "Mrs. Novotny," Michael's wife.
She is Arrowpoint Realty Inc.'s corporate Vice President and Treasurer.
Linda originally hails from Chicago by way of Fountain Hills, and her family has been in the property management business her entire life. Linda has actually built houses and weilds a mean paint brush!

He has held a real estate license since 1980 and has been a broker since 1984. He founded Arrowpoint Realty in 1985, and now, in 2010, we are celebrating our company's 25th Anniversary!
Michael holds the GRI Designation, signifying he is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, an advanced course of studies in the practice of professional real estate.
Michael has been a strong contributor to professionalism in the Valley of the Sun real estate industry, serving on professional standards, founding the Residential Leasing and Property Managers Committee at the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS, where he also served 9 years on SAAR's Board of Directors, including President in 2003.
Currently, Michael has been a member of the Board of Directors for the 32,000 subscriber Arizona Regional Multiple Lisitng Service, and serves as the Treasurer of that organization for 2010.
